Abstract: Pressing Machine is the heart of the brick production lines where a hydraulically operated pressing machine is considered to be a complex system; this work describes the design and experimental implementation of a control system for a hydraulic pressing machine. The overall operation and control is based on a programmable logic unit and a sensory system. The functionality of the control system is analyzed through simulation Packages, and validated with physical experiments. چکیده دستگاه فشاری بخش اصلی و مهم خطوط تولید آجر محسوب میشود که در آن که در ان یک دستگاه پرس که بطور هیدورلیکی عمل میکند بعنوان یک سیستم پیچیده و مرکب در نظر گرفته شده است.این تحقیق بیان کننده ی طراحی و اجرای تجربی و ازمایشی از یک سیستم کنترل برای یک چنین دستگاهی میباشد.عملکرد اصلی و کنترل مبتنی است بر یک واحد منطقی قابل برنامه ریزی و یک سیستم حسی یا سنسوری.کارکرد سیستم کنترل از طریق پکیج های شبیه سازی مورد انالیز و تحلیل واقع شده و با ازمایشات فیزیکی نیز مورد تایید قرار گرفته است 5 صفحه ...<br clear="both">
